Sessions are 50 minutes to 1 hour.

No you must be schedule to have training.

We provide training on Saturday Mornings starting at 8am. You can choose one of the 4 time slots for training which are: 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am.

Yes, NBA players who are the best basketball players in the world still get training. Playing in games are fine but it’s only half the story. Games only showcase what you can do, practice works on the team concepts and schemes. To get better at basketball you most work on your craft. Talent will only take you so far you most develop the skills by training.

We offer skill training in a small group atmosphere and teach everything from shoot technique, ball control, foot work, agility, game situation and so much more.

We send out a weekly email blast to every parent on our list to allow them to request time slots for the upcoming week.

No. At this time we do not offer any camps.

We have 3 groups’ beginners, intermediated and advance. We do a quick evaluation in the beginning of class to determine the skill level.

: No, We only provide basketball training. We help kids develop skills and a better understanding of how to play the game better. We encourage our students to play as much basketball as they can so their confidence can keep growing.
